Gloria San Giacomo (nee Cucuzzella), 85, of Westfield, formerly of Newark, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 17, 2017.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral from the Walter Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 22 at 9:00 AM, thence to St. Helen's Church, Westfield, where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 AM. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours are on Tuesday, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.

Gloria was an Executive Secretary at Bamberger's/Macy's for 21 years and then at First Fidelity Bank, before retiring on May 13, 1994.

Gloria was an active member of St. James Church (Ironbound) for many years, serving as a Lector and on the Pastoral and Financial Councils.

Gloria was predeceased by her beloved husband Victor; her parents, Dominick and Rosaria Cucuzzella; her sisters, Josephine Spino and Marian Rainone and her sister-in-law Lucille San Giacomo. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Cheryl Rudinski (Wayne) and Susan Purcell (Kevin); brother, Mario Cucuzzella; sister in law, Joyce Pagano, brother in law, Michael Rainone; 4 granddaughters, Kimberly Andre (Kelly), Corinne, Courtney and Kristen Purcell; great granddaughter, Aryanna Victoria; many nieces and nephews and beloved caregiver, Tracy.
